Delivery and Shipment Policy

Following are the terms that constitute our shipping policy/ delivery process:

All orders are delivered only by Batterio service vans. .

Delivery service is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Greater Cairo.

Batterio vans are fully equipped to provide all batteries and other car maintenance services at your doorstep.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Shipment processing time

Our service vans pick up your order and deliver it within 60 minutes after placing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
